High-intensity interval training (HIIT) stations incorporate treadmills, ski ergs, assault bikes, total-body resistance (TRX) exercises, dumbbells and kettlebells to transform your body into a calorie burning machine.


Unleash your inner beast with BOX. This cardio and strength training hybrid program is designed to spike your heart rate and leave you feeling fit and energised. Punch, kick, knee and elbow your way to a leaner, stronger physique and stress-free mindset.


Leave feeling stronger than when you started with BUILD. This dynamic strength training workout uses sleds, tires, bumper plates, slam balls, battle ropes and bars to increase lean body mass, improve your overall technique and torch calories.
