Virtual Fitness Classes

Get the full Fitness Class experience and workout at a time that suits you in our Virtual Fitness studio.

Virtual Fitness is now available across Canada. Classes are held in the respective studio (Group Fitness or Cycling studio) via a projector and screen during off peak hours. The goal of Virtual Fitness is to give members the opportunity to try Group Fitness classes when LIVE classes are not scheduled.

The goal of Virtual Fitness is to allow more opportunity for members to try Virtual Fitness when they are unable to attend a LIVE class.

Class Descriptions

All Terrain (VF)

Come join us on a road trip! This Virtual Fitness class will steer away from city roads and simulate a thrilling ride that will take you through plenty of peaks and valleys. It's unpredictable, fun, and will challenge your body in new and exciting ways.

GoodLife Stretch (VF)

Take a deep breath and close your eyes. This guided stretching session is designed to help relieve stress, enhance muscle relaxation and improve flexibility. Ideal for all fitness levels. Available in a 30 minute format on our Virtual Fitness platform.

Functional Strength (VF)

Focus on improving muscular strength, stamina and flexibility with this Functional Strength class. This training program simulates functional movements from daily life activities, and is great for all levels of fitness. Available on our Virtual Fitness platform.

Zumba® Basic Steps (VF)

Everybody's favourite dance party Zumba®, now has extended availability through our Virtual Fitness program! Zumba® Basic Steps features the same contagious choreography and red-hot international music you've come to expect, but with a virtual pre-recorded instructor.


Experience this total body workout featuring the Flexi-Bar. This half-hour class is offered as an introductory class through Virtual Fitness to introduce you to the Flexi-Bar, which utilizes vibration training. The Flexi-Bar will help to improve strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination.

Newbody (VF)

Newbody is a low-impact cardiovascular and muscle defining workout created by and exclusively available at GoodLife Fitness. It is simple to follow,and a total body workout with an emphasis on getting real results fast! Half-hour and one hour classes are offered through our Virtual Fitness platform.

Awesome Abs (VF)

GoodLife's official power packed abdominal conditioning class that shapes and strengthens your abs and back. This class is offered in 15 and 30 minute options on our Virtual Fitness platform.

Better Backs (VF)

GoodLife's official conditioning class that strengthens your back and improves your posture with strengthening and flexibility exercises for your abdominal, back, shoulders and hips. Available on our Virtual Fitness platform.

Road Drills (VF)

This great multi-level cycling class will simulate a fast and frenzied ride on the roads. Ride along with our Virtual Fitness on-screen instructor for a fantastic calorie burning workout!


This fun and challenging total body workout features the XCO-Trainer from GoodLife Fitness and Flexi-Sports. The patented use of the loose mass inside the XCO-Trainer helps to tone your muscles and shape your body faster. Burn up to 33% more calories by recruiting more muscles, targeting the core more effectively. You'll see improved results while protecting your body against overuse and injury. This class is provided on our Virtual Fitness platform to introduce you to the mechanics and experience the great results you can get!

Newbody Muscle (VF)

Love Newbody? Then you will love Newbody Muscle! Available now on our Virtual Fitness platform, Newbody Muscle utilizes light hand-held weights and features the best functional strength moves to help build muscle, strength, and stamina. Train the body to perform life's daily activities with ease.. This class is designed for all levels; pre- and post-natal, young teens and baby boomers alike.

YogaFit (VF)

YogaFit® is yoga for EVERYBODY and EVERY BODY, designed to improve health, performance and mental acuity. Based on Hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. The YogaFit® style reduces injury risk and augments recovery for stress and lower back pain. YogaFit® delivers a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness. It available in 30 and 45 minute formats on our Virtual Fitness platform.

Yoga Stretch (VF)

Yoga Stretch incorporates both elements of yoga and stretching disciplines. Available on our Virtual Fitness platform.

Cycling (VF)

Looking for a high energy exercise experience? Our indoor cycling class is ideal for beginners and cycling enthusiasts alike. Available on our Virtual Fitness platform.

Athletic Ride (VF)

This energetic ride will bring out your inner athlete. Drive yourself to be your best in this challenging Virtual Fitness workout where you are your strongest competition.
